Currently, EDF Renouvelables is looking for its International Division a :

Corporate PPA & Power Market Analyst – APAC (M/F) in APPRENTICESHIP

  • Contract : Apprenticeship contract / Professionnalisation contract
  • Start date : September 2024
  • Duration : 12 months

 

Under the supervision of the Project Director for Corporate PPAs, you will work closely with our Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) Director to support the development, implementation, and management of corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs).

Additionally, you will support our power market analysis efforts by conducting research and providing analysis on energy market trends, regulations, and policy developments for the Asia Pacific Region.

 

Specifically, your mission will be to:

  • Conduct research and analysis on energy market trends, regulations, and policy developments, including analyzing supply and demand dynamics, energy prices, and renewable energy incentives in si.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs), including conducting financial analysis and modeling of PPA structures.
  • Assist in the management of corporate PPAs, including monitoring contract compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and develop reports on energy market trends and corporate PPA performance.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to discuss energy market trends and corporate PPA opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate PPA and power market analysis activities. 

 


Profil recherché

Currently you are following a graduate degree (Engineering School, Business School, University…) in Business, Economics, Finance or M&A and looking for a challenging sandwich course in a wellknown company in the renewable energy sector.

Ideally, you have some initial experience with power energy market and renewable activities and a real Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and energy markets.

With an excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can present complex information in a clear and concise manner thank to analytical and quantitative skills. You can work independently and as part of a team and have also a strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

You have a good command of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.

You can work in French an English with a required level B2/C1. A good command of French is also essential.
