Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join us. We are looking for someone with previous experience selling to the financial services industry and with knowledge of the AML, KYC or Risk Management space. You will join a growing team of 3 and play a part in the definition of our GTM strategy. In this role, you will engage, nurture and close opportunities all across the EMEA region.

The position is based in Paris or London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help the company meets its growth targets by Identifying, engaging, nurturing and successfully closing deals with new high-profile clients

  • Deliver compelling product pitches to senior leaders and work with Solutions Engineering to build tailored demos and find innovative solutions to prospects challenges

  • Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts across the EMEA region to drive sales development and support our Alliances strategy

  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing on outbound and inbound lead generation efforts

  • Participate in the continous optimization of our Sales playbook and processes, from enablement to reporting and tooling

  • Liaise with our CustomerOperations team to ensure smooth integration and roll-out, contribute to ongoing client satisfaction’s efforts

Profil recherché

  • You have 4+ years of experience selling SaaS products in the Financial Services industry. Experience selling RegTech and GRC software (KYC, AML, TMS, etc) is preferred

  • You have experience in Mid-market and Enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals

  • You have experience closing deals in several markets in EMEA, including France and the UK. You have native-level english proficiency.

  • You have strong technical acumen and are confortable discussing high-level integration scenarios

  • You have great interpersonal skills, you can collaborate with individuals across various personality types and organisational levels, fostering productive relationships

  • You are detailed-oriented and have outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • No task is below you and you have a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership

  • You are result driven - because this is what matters in the end

  • You are a collaborative team player, but also able to work independently and take ownership of your work.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • 30 min intro call with Louise, the Chief of Staff. You will get the opportunity to tell your story, learn about the Dotfile story and ask any question you want

  • One or two 45 min follow up interviews with Vasco, the CEO focused on your past experiences and motivation

  • 1 hour case study debrief interview with several team members of the Dotfile team

  • Reference checks with past managers or colleagues
