💻 Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Implement and guide the project team in the proper application of the Scrum methodology:

Sprint planning, organizing daily meetings, and other rituals.

- Continuously ensure the proper adoption of agile practices and assist teams in enhancing their skills with the methodology.

- Identify, track, and resolve obstacles hindering the development team and provide support to the tech lead.

- Establish retrospectives to optimize continuous improvement.

- Collaborate throughout the organization, with clients, and stakeholders to identify feedback for the continuous improvement of the team.

- Ensure internal communication and information sharing with the team and other stakeholders.

- Train and coach various stakeholders of your projects on agility (Product Owner, Scrum Master, analysts, developers, and testers).

About you:

  • Minimum Bac+5 degree from a computer science school
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Scrum Master or PMP certification
  • Mastery of agile frameworks (Scrum, KANBAN, scalability agility...)
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
