About Qobra

Founded in July 2020, Qobra is a SaaS software that modernizes Sales compensation for the entire go-to-market team for B2B companies. We believe salespeople are the real lever for motivation and retention and they play a critical part in driving business strategy.

In 3 years, we have partnered with over 100 customers in 11 countries, such as Doctolib, SeLoger, Ouest-France, Spendesk, Agicap, Pretto, Skello, Partoo, Indy, Welcome to the Jungle, Pennylane, Gymlib, ... and we don't plan to stop there!

After a successful Series A round of nearly €10M in September 2023 orchestrated by Singular, Breega, and Revenue Syndicate, Qobra plans to accelerate its product and commercial development.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Qobra , you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying potential leads and opportunities to help our sales team achieve their goals. Because you will be selling to revenue leaders, you will learn and develop critical sales acumen that will drive your career forward. You have the personality of taking No for an answer. You are competitive, embrace taking initiative, with an obsession for self-accountability. You are a team player who is ready to collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership. You are energized by building from the ground up and making career-defining contribution to the team.

This is 5 days in the office role. Candidates must be both based in the UK, and live in the London area. Our offices are in King Cross, so easy access is important. The candidate will have British citizenship or appropriate British work authorization.

🔍 The main responsibilities of the job

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to target the right accounts to drive pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Conduct account research and identify potential prospects through various channels (Cold calling, Email, LinkedIn, any other medium prospect are active on).
  • Initiate and manage outbound prospecting efforts
  • Learn and understand how to message, position, and pitch the value of the Qobra’s Sales Compensation Platform.
  • Qualify and nurture leads by engaging in meaningful conversations and understanding their pain points and business challenges.
  • Execute weekly email, call and LinkedIn activity metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our competitors to provide valuable insights.
  • Successfully handle and overcome sales objections
  • Achieve and exceed qualified opportunity quota
  • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on qualified leads and run data-driven nurture campaigns
  • Partner closely with your Account Executives to break into accounts and land meetings with qualified leads


🎯 What qualifies you for this role

  • 6 - 12 months experience in a B2B tech and/or sales environment is preferred
  • Proficiency with using Salesforce CRM and Outreach and you are ready to adopt new sales technology.
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and handle difficult objections
  • Strong writing and verbal communication
  • Persistent, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
