Implementation of Project Financing
Cross functional role :
Relations with cash-management officer, controllers, accounting, legal, purchasing, Financial Planning & Analysis manager, CSR department
External relations :
Banks, Export Credit Agencies, Technical and Legal advisors Grant Thornton, IT providers, Finance representatives of shareholders
Main missions :
- Implementation of Debt Financing documentation
- Cash management: contribution to
- Contributes to cash management policy and procedures
- Contributes to implementation of Treasury Management System, in particular on debt aspects, in cooperation with Cash-management Officer and IT
- Reporting: contribution to
Knowledge :
Cash management , general financial knowledge (financing, accounting….)
Experience :
5 to 10 years experience, preferably in an international environment Experience in debt management
Qualifications :
Key behaviours :
Agility, being responsive, ability to work in an international environment and collectively with various parties both internally and externally, reliability
