As part of the Validation and Testing teams for development of EV battery cell& modules, deploy the electrical tests to be carry out in accordance with Validation/simulation organization inputs. Tests are performed internally ACC or with external lab/partners.

Main Tasks

• To analyze inputs product test procedures and applicable regulation/internal guideline & define compliancy with ACC testing or external lab benches.
• To define MAKE or BUY strategy for Electrical tests based on DVP/PVP output elaborated by the Validation/Development/simulation organizatiosn vs equipment availability & workload.
• To build with external labs test plan organization in order to optimize the DVP/PVP.
• To program dedicated equipment for electrical test procedures.
• Optimization of the test plan/procedures with some product reuse.
• Information needed to support prototyping teams for prototype + sensor manufacturing.
• Information needed for “logistic” team for prototypes shipment to external lab.
• To respect the project time schedule for internal & external tests under his responsibility
• Compliancy of test execution and highlight the potential deviation during the test set-up, test results.
• The commercial & administration activities with external lab according purchase & financial procedures/contracts.
• External lab test set-up compliancy & follow-up & support during all electrical test execution
• To analyze the raw test data (internal + external)
• To write the flash test report or to support flash test reports with other test team.
• To review flash test report sent by external sub-contractor .
• To communicate flash tests reports to Validation/Development/simulation organizations in accordance with project timing
• All Electrical test team for the right test product set-up (type of product, sensors and instrumentation….
• To share  Flash test reports and status with Test Factory team
• Best practices for electrical tests or flash reports.

Experience

Min 3 years in similar job activities with real product test activities  (electrical, environmental, mechanical, abuse) for Industrial or automotive market

Qualifications

Master’s degree or Eng degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement

Read, write and speak English and Italian fluently

Key behaviours

Li Ion battery, V&V activities, Tests set-up and instrumentation, power electronics, thermal and safety. Huge environmental constraints (mechanical, thermal, shock & vibrations, safety)/ MATLAB Simulink/ lab test programming.
