WALLIX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Salesperson who will carry an individual quota and be the first line manager, for the DACH Enterprise Team, which currently includes four salespeople. This role would be ideal for somebody looking to take their first step towards a sales management role or somebody and this role would play a pivotal role in driving the success of the team. This role requires solid knowledge in how to cultivate and develop Enterprise Cyber Security business and would also include supporting, coaching, and mentoring the DACH enterprise team throughout the sales process.


We look forward to working with a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and driving business growth through innovative Cybersecurity solutions.

We are looking for someone who is who fluent in German, with a good level of business English and can work from our Munich office at least 2-3 days a week.

The Sales Team Leader for the DACH Region will report to the Sales Director Northern Europe.

 

Job Description - Business:

  • Provide leadership and coaching based on knowledge of sales techniques, regional business economics and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a geographically disperse team.
  • Work with the marketing and channel teams to agree on the strategy for the enterprise segment in DACH and ensure the quick follow-up with the leads generated.
  • Work with the Reginal Director to agree the strategy for the Enterprise segment in the DACH region.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure that team follows CRM policies, to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
  • Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed and ensure adoption of MEDPPICC.
  • Foster a culture that maintains relationships with customers and partners to facilitate on-going flow of information concerning current and new solution needs.

 

 


Requisitos

Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years successful track record in Cybersecurity Sales
  • Proven team player looking for their first step in first line manager, sales management.
  • Strong Management skills acting as a role model and mentor with strong listening and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to achieve results
