For these reasons, our customer service center is a key part of our company and is crucial for our world-wide success.Therefore, we are currently looking for new enthusiastic people to join our Customer Care team for Italian market in Brno or Prague as part time (20 hours per week). You should be empathetic and most importantly, you should be able to provide our customers with help in the most effective way and deal with their potential issues in Italian.

What is going to be a part of your workload?

• Providing our Italian clients with support via e-mail and calls
• Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
• Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
• Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
• Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
